Booking Your Irish Golf Trip

Itinerary Planning

You start the ball rolling by contacting us. Phone us using any of the numbers on the top right of every web page, use our callback facility, e-mail us, submit our golf trip advice form or submit a golf tour enquiry form.

Whether you simply know you would like to play golf in Ireland at some time, or whether you know exactly which courses you want to play and already have travel dates booked, your initial contact initiates a dialogue which will eventually result in a tour itinerary. For those who are unsure about where to play and/or stay we will suggest a number of alternative itineraries.

We then take as much time as required to fine-tune the itinerary until we arrive at a final itinerary that you are completely satisfied with. At this stage all tee-time and accommodation availability will have been confirmed and provisionally booked where necessary.

Booking

When you are fully satisfied with the itinerary we will send you a copy of the final itinerary and a booking form. You return a completed booking form that includes authorisation for credit card payment of the tour deposit. Alternative payment methods are also possible including direct wire transfer or payment by bank draft.

Once we have received your deposit payment we will post a pre-tour package that includes your booking confirmation together with printed literature on the golf courses, accommodations and the areas of Ireland you will visit.

The deposit payment is used to pay necessary deposits to secure tee-times and accommodation.

Final Payment

Final payment is due six weeks before your arrival date. When we receive final payment you will be sent a final tour pack that includes vouchers for the golf clubs and accommodations together with detailed itinerary notes including route directions for self-drive tours.

Payment of outstanding balances to all golf clubs and accommodation providers is made once your final payment is received. All green-fees and accommodations are therefore prepaid.
