Aer Arann Routes from Manchester and Birmingham to City of Derry

Aer Arann are currently advertising low fares from both Manchester and Birmingham to City of Derry Airport. These routes were an omission from our U.K. air routes page.

These flights enable golfers from the Manchester and Birmingham areas to fly directly to the heart of the north and northwest golf regions of Ireland.

Try the 36 magnifcent holes at Ballyliffin, the wonderful new Sandy Hills links at Rosapenna (that complements the exiting Old Tom Morris course) or the superb links at Portsalon.

City of Derry airport is also an ideal access point for the famous triumverate of courses at Castlerock, Portstewart and Royal Portrush.

From Birmingham the daily service departs at 13:10 on weekdays, 14:50 on Saturdays and 15:55 on Sundays. The return flights leave City of Derry at 11:20 on weekdays, 12:45 on Saturdays and 17:50 on Sundays.

From Manchester the daily service departs at 09:30 on weekdays and 15:30 on Sundays. The return flights leave City of Derry at 15:05 on weekdays and 17:20 on Sundays. Flight time is approximately 1 hr. 20 mins.
