Portstewart Golf Course

Portstewart is a fine golf links and should definitely not be missed by those travelling to the far north coast of Ireland and the Causeway Coast. The Strand course at Portstewart underwent major reconstruction in the early 1990's and hosted the Irish Amateur Close Championship in 1992. It was after this tournament that Portstewart emerged from the shadow of its famous neighbour at Royal Portrush to stand independently as a truly great links course.
